Please note: if the weather has other plans and we’re forced to cancel, refunds won’t be possible — but we’ll be crossing our fingers for clear skies. Ticket sales will close Saturday 2 May but you can purchase a ticket on the day!

By booking a ticket and competing in this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Liability disclaimer for Participation in GradSport

• Participants acknowledge and accept that they fully understand the inherent risks involved in participating in the event. By participating, they confirm that they are in good physical condition and capable of safely engaging in the activities.
• The ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ and ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ Sports Park shall not be held liable for any injuries, illness or other adverse health effects arising during or because of participation in the event except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law, including for negligence or breach of statutory duty.
• Participants with pre-existing medical conditions, those taking medication, or those with a history of medical issues are strongly advised to consult a medical professional before taking part. By proceeding, participants accept full responsibility for their own health and safety.
• There will be a first aider onsite throughout the course of the event. The presence of a first aid personnel does not create any additional assumption of liability by the University or ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ Sports Park for injuries, illnesses or other health-related issues arising during or after the event. Participants remain responsible for seeking appropriate medical attention if required.
• Alumni are advised to obtain personal accident or health insurance where appropriate.

Team participation

General eligibility

• ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ and ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ Sports Park reserve the right to refuse any participants entry based on previous circumstances. 

Eligibility for alumni teams

You may participate on an alumni team if:

• You are a graduate of the ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ (holding either an undergraduate or postgraduate degree).
• You graduated from ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½, were previously in Team ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ as an undergraduate, and are now a postgraduate student not currently playing for Team ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½.

Ineligible for alumni teams

Alumni teams cannot include:

• Individuals who did not graduate from the ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½.

Eligibility for student teams

Student teams may include:

• Current students who are members of Team ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ and have paid the membership fee.

Ineligible for student teams

Student teams cannot include:

• Current students (undergraduate or postgraduate) who have not paid the Team ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ membership fee.

Fee payments

• All alumni players (even if you’re a current postgraduate student), must pay the alumni ticket fee.

Photography and filming

Please note that photography and filming will take place throughout the event. The images and footage captured may be used by the ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ and ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ Sports Park for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed and filmed. If you would prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, kindly inform the photographers and videographers on the day.
