¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ Research Park, owned and operated by the ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½, is home to around 200 businesses. It creates opportunities for its tenant businesses to collaborate with the University and supports the goals of academia, industry and entrepreneurship.

The Park is the located at the heart of the ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ Innovation District (SID) ecosystem, which cultivates innovation-led networks and clusters, drives collaboration between businesses, industry leaders, academia, and local and national government initiatives and bodies.

SETSquared ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ Business Incubator

The ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ Innovation District operates the SETsquared ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ Business Incubator and manages the partnership with the wider regional SETsquared partnership.

The business incubator offers qualifying start-ups, spin-outs and spin-ins everything they need to scale up, including:
