Excellence in teaching and student experience are both strategic priorities and hallmarks of the ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½. We are proud to have achieved such high scores in the National Student Survey 2024, thanks to our entire ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ community for their commitments and hard work.Professor Max Lu, President and Vice-Chancellor
The NSS is completed by our final year undergraduate students - and it is fitting that we celebrate this achievement and their valuable feedback just as we prepare to celebrate their graduations with them over the coming week.
A number of changes and improvements designed to enhance the student experience in line with ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½'s Seamless Student Journey programme are already underway. These include:
- A brand-new Hive at Manor Park to enable our students to access support services from both campuses. Our My¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ Hive Assistants will provide first-line support and triage to specialist teams where required.
- The introduction of new self-help tools: from August, our students will use new digital tools to self-help when they need support, and at a time to suit them.
- A new case management platform: ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ Support will be launched to streamline our communications between students and our support services.
