About
Biography
I completed my Masters in Physics with Astronomy here at the ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½, before moving on to complete a PhD in Nuclear Physics at the University of Brighton. After a Postdoctoral position at GSI in Darmstadt, Germany, I'm back at ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ to continue my nuclear physics research.
My qualifications

ResearchResearch interests
My particular area of research interest is in very short nuclear lifetimes, in the nano- and pico-second range, and the techniques used to measure and study them. At ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ I work on the FATIMA array, an array of 36 LaBr3 detectors with fantastic timing properties to study short-lived nuclear states.
