I am a ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ing Professor in Cognition and Creativity at ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ and Professor of Psychology, Cognition & Creativity at the University of Winchester. My current research is focused on understanding the cognitive and affective mechanisms of creative thinking processes and how they can be influenced and enhanced. I also have a long history of work on on how people perceive, categorise and interact with the world, especially visually, and particularly on how vision can be enhanced by learning, training and experience.
