Rooms are not allocated on a first-come first-served basis for undergraduate and postgraduate students starting in September. After the accommodation application deadline has passed, we begin processing all applications.

Postgraduate students starting in February should apply as soon as possible, as there are limited rooms available.

If you wish to change anything on your application, you need to email us so we can update your application, please state clearly:

1. Your name
2. Your University ID
3. The new order of preferences
4. Any information to be added or amended.

We have more than 3,000 ensuite rooms so there is a good chance of getting one. Please note that this is not guaranteed.

You are unable to apply for accommodation in a specific location, only by price band. 

Each price band band can have accommodation across different locations.
